Job Summary: Warranty Analyst (ATC) responsible for analyzing, verifying, and tracking customer and branch warranty requests, ensuring policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyzes and verifies warranty requests from customers. 2. Ensures compliance with warranty policies. 3. Tracks warranty authorizations, rejections, or payments. At **VENTO MOTOCICLETAS**, we are seeking a **WARRANTY ANALYST (ATC)**. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Two Saturdays off per month. **COMPENSATION:** * $12,000 MXN gross monthly salary, paid biweekly. **LOCATION:** * Lerma, State of Mexico. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze warranty requests from customers or branches. * Verify validity, coverage, and conditions. * Confirm that the failure complies with established policies. * Track authorizations, rejections, or payments. * Ensure timely response times. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field. * Advanced intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory; examination required). * Experience in Customer Service. * Preferably experience in spare parts and the automotive industry. **BENEFITS OFFERED:** * Statutory benefits * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Paid vacation days * 5% savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria service.
