A PRESTIGIOUS COSMETICS MANUFACTURING COMPANY IS SEEKING TALENT **JOIN OUR TEAM AS:** **"FORMULATOR/MIXER"** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: High school diploma / technical degree in Industrial Chemistry or related field. * 2 years of experience in a similar position within cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing companies. * Work location: Lerma * Working hours: Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts * Experience working with ISO 9001 (Preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute production orders at the start of each shift, ensuring correct coding for the SAP system. * Complete the cleaning logbook for manufacturing tanks. * Verify and complete the osmosis system logbook at the start of each shift, recording flow rates and reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor. * Prepare a monthly production report indicating the quantity of each formula manufactured. * Prepare a production report indicating the total volume of water processed. * Monitor and control raw material losses during each production run, reporting monthly loss data to the coordinator. * Conduct bulk inventory counts. * Carry out bulk manufacturing operations adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ensure raw materials are mixed for the prescribed duration. * Guarantee uninterrupted supply of formulations to production lines to ensure full batch completion. * Continuously monitor product compliance with specifications. * Regularly inspect raw materials, equipment, and mixers to confirm proper identification and optimal functionality. * Report equipment failures (e.g., osmosis system or manufacturing reactors) to the Production Supervisor. ***WE OFFER*** * ***$2,752.38 net weekly + statutory benefits + grocery vouchers (5.8%) + additional days off*** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,752.38 per week Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
