Opportunity for professional development in the automotive sector **JOIN OUR TEAM AT GRUPO GEISHA – KIA QUERÉTARO!** We are looking for: **✨ Automotive Financing Assistant ✨** ---------------------------------- Department: New Vehicles Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break) Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday: Day off ### **Job Objective:** Provide administrative support in managing automotive financing procedures, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and closure of processes in accordance with internal guidelines and banking policies. ### **Main Responsibilities:** ✔️ Submission and tracking of financing applications ✔️ Coordination with banking institutions ✔️ Uploading and downloading of contracts on banking portals ✔️ Management and tracking of insurance policies ✔️ Control and safekeeping of digital files ✔️ Delivery of invoices to customers ✔️ Customer service and follow-up for internal and external clients ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (incomplete, currently enrolled, or graduated) * Experience in customer service and administrative processes * Knowledge of financing and credit (preferred) * Organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team ### **We Offer:** ✅ Base salary of **$12,000 monthly gross** ✅ Monthly bonus of **$2,000**, starting from the third month (performance-based) ✅ Statutory benefits ✅ Enhanced benefits: ✅ 25 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) ✅ 27.5% vacation premium ✅ Birthday leave ✅ Fully free training and uniforms If you are interested in developing your career in the automotive sector and joining a solid, growing company, apply now and become part of our team!
