Verifies packaging quality and operational traceability. ***FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT*** ***REPORTS TO FULFILLMENT TEAM LEADER*** ***OCOYOACAC*** **Position Objective:** To efficiently support daily order fulfillment cycle completion, ensuring correct receipt, processing, and timely and accurate shipment of orders. The goal is to guarantee precise, secure, and timely deliveries in compliance with organizational quality standards and customer satisfaction requirements. **Parcel Delivery and Receipt to Courier Services.** * Deliver parcels to various courier services, ensuring each package has the correct shipping label and is properly identified. * Receive incoming orders, classify them according to the corresponding department for pickup, and, in the case of e-commerce returns, register their receipt in the relevant Monday platform board. **Inventory Management** * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure product and supply stock is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. * Promptly identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to stock shortages, overages, or improper inventory turnover, ensuring efficient resource management. **Warehouse Order Receipt** * Orders delivered by the warehouse department must be thoroughly inspected and manually recorded in a format including: internal work order number (IWO), number of parcels delivered, weight and dimensions, date and time of receipt, and shipment destination. * Additionally, verify that each order meets appropriate packaging standards to ensure products arrive at their destination in optimal condition. **Product Request and Fulfillment** * The merchandise transfer form must be submitted to the Finished Goods (FG) department, clearly specifying required products and verifying that delivered quantities match those requested. * Upon receipt, products must be placed in their assigned locations, following the order and conditions established by the storage department. * Support the correct execution of weighing and measurement processes for products, materials, or parcels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards. * Maintain detailed and systematic records of evidence generated during operations (photos, documents, physical or digital records) to ensure traceability and documentation of executed tasks.
