We are currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Degree preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer; on-site or field technical support experience with MW and GPON technologies * Minimum 2 years of experience * **MOTORCYCLE AND LAPTOP REQUIRED** * **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL** **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot Layer 3 and Layer 2 network issues, as well as voice-related issues * Address faults involving HSUs or ONTs * Replace hardware components * Operate various operating systems * Provide technical support * Manage servers * Customer service * Resolve network-related problems * Fieldwork **We offer:** * Net salary: $14,000–$15,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week * Gasoline allowance * Per diems Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00–$15,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site
