Direct site supervision, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules. **RH HUNTING is seeking an Architect in Metepec, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------ ***CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AS AN ARCHITECT!*** **Work Location**: San Jerónimo Chicahualco, Metepec. **Work Modality**: Office-based (70%) and field-based (30%). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (completed). * 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, focused on cost engineering, as well as design and visualization. **Required Knowledge:** * AutoCAD (advanced level). * Opus/Neodata. * Modeling and rendering software (V\-RAY, LUMION, TWINMOTION or similar). * Project management software (/PROYECT/PROJECT) **Responsibilities:** * Design and visualization: development of executive projects and creation of high-quality renders. * Cost engineering: preparation of cost analyses, estimates, and detailed budgets. * On-site management: direct site supervision, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules. * Leadership: personnel management and coordination of crews/subcontractors. **Skills:** * Proficiency in specialized tools. * Proactivity. * Leadership ability. * Strong sense of responsibility for the comprehensive development of industrial projects. **Offer:** * Base salary of $20,000 net per month (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits (effective from day one). * Opportunities for professional growth.
