**OPENING: Maintenance and General Services** **Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive, responsible individual with a team-oriented mindset to join our Maintenance and General Services department. Your primary responsibility will be to support preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and furniture, as well as perform various general support tasks that contribute to the proper functioning and upkeep of work areas. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on infrastructure and electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. * Perform minor repairs on furniture, structures, and finishes (painting, plumbing, light masonry, etc.). * Periodically inspect the condition and operation of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Promptly report any malfunctions or needs identified to the area supervisor. * Assist with general support tasks assigned by your supervisor. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, mechanics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles. * Basic knowledge in: Electricity, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, painting, and mechanics. **Skills:** * Teamwork and ability to work under supervision. * Organization and attention to detail. * Service attitude and willingness. * Compliance with safety instructions and procedures. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
