We are seeking a dedicated General Physician with a valid professional license to provide comprehensive, high-quality primary medical care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outpatient medical consultations, promoting preventive health, and coordinating continuous care. II. Key Responsibilities \* Primary Care and Medical Consultation: Conduct general medical consultations, diagnose and treat common, chronic, and acute illnesses in an outpatient setting. \* Patient Management: Collect complete medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests (laboratory and imaging) as needed. \* Treatment Plans: Develop, communicate, and monitor treatment plans, including prescribing medications in accordance with current regulations. \* Preventive Health: Provide patients with health education on healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and vaccination schedules. \* Referral and Coordination: Refer patients to specialist physicians or emergency services when clinically indicated, and maintain effective communication with other healthcare professionals. \* Record Management: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date electronic/physical medical records (EMR/PMR). III. Requirements and Qualifications \* Academic Qualification: Degree in Medicine and Surgery (or equivalent). \* Legal Documentation: Valid professional license—mandatory. \* Experience: Prior experience in first-level outpatient care or family medicine (not strictly required; willingness to learn is acceptable instead). IV. Competencies and Skills \* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patient-centered interpersonal abilities. \* Professionalism and ethical conduct in patient care. \* Strong motivation and willingness to continuously learn about emerging medical practices and treatment protocols. \* Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. \* Proficiency in using technology for electronic clinical record management. V. Schedule and Conditions \* Employment Type: Initial probationary and training contract. Subsequently, service provision agreement or fixed-term contract, depending on circumstances. \* Working Hours: Day shift, 1:00 AM–7:00 PM, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Schedules and shifts may vary or be adjusted according to company or employee needs.
