AMILILLA GROUP, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of automotive vehicles and accessories for the brands Treck Motors, QJMotor, Benda, and Kove, is looking for your talent as: **COST SUPERVISOR** *Responsibilities:* * Collect and organize the company's financial and operational data * Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's profitability, payment capacity, and operational efficiency * Prepare periodic financial analysis reports * Analyze the financial performance of each business unit within the company * Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the company's budget execution * Periodically prepare various financial management reports * Support the Finance Manager in preparing special financial reports * Assist the Finance Manager in developing the company's financial management policies and procedures * Provide support to the Finance Manager in daily financial activities, including organizing accounting and financial documents, coordinating with other departments on finance-related matters, and tracking the progress of financial tasks * Collaborate with the Finance Manager in conducting internal and external audits * Create financial information files and perform regular backups to ensure data security * Timely update necessary information for financial analysis and report preparation **Requirements:** **Minimum experience**: More than 3 years of work experience in the financial area in Mexico; experience collaborating with external accounting firms will be valued. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector or international trade companies will be preferred. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with solid theoretical knowledge in the financial area. Knowledge of national financial laws and regulations, accounting standards, and related policies, along with strong financial analysis and data processing skills. Proficient in financial software (such as UFIDA, Kingdee, etc.) and office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), mastering Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools for financial information processing and analysis.
