Requirements: Sales experience. Basic knowledge of administration and inventory management. Interest in the industry. Leadership and staff management skills. Excellent customer service and focus on personalized services. Organizational skills and problem-solving ability. Work by objectives and results-oriented. Supervise cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities: Develop action plans, implement strategies and promotions. Active and passive sales activities. Manage staff and measure team productivity. Monitor income, expenses, cash movements, and supplies. Employment Offer Base salary: $10,000\-12,000 depending on qualifications. Sales commissions and bonuses. Excellent working environment. Monday to Friday: 10:00\-20:00 Saturday: 9:00\-14:00 Work location: San Gaspar Tlahuelilpan, Metepec, Mex.
