Summary: This role involves leading multifunctional teams, managing project scope, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and execution planning. Highlights: 1. Lead and motivate multifunctional teams to achieve project objectives. 2. Manage project scope, risks, and financial performance. 3. Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** **Leadership** * Lead multifunctional teams, interacting professionally with customers and managing internal processes. * Motivate the team to achieve objectives within established deadlines. * Develop the team technically and personally through mentoring and coaching. * Resolve internal and external conflicts, and negotiate with groups, suppliers, and clients. * Identify root causes of problems, propose and execute corrective actions. **Multifunctional Team Management** * Serve as the central communication point, ensuring follow\-up on deliverables and commitments. * Train and coach the team in product launch processes. * Manage the team to meet objectives regarding time, cost, quality, and manufacturing. * Organize meetings, set agendas, and ensure attendance of key team members. * Actively integrate internal and external suppliers into the team. **Scope Management** * Communicate scope changes to clients and the team in terms of cost, timing, and potential risks. * Document and update customer and supplier statements of work. * Formally evaluate and manage internal and customer changes, mitigating risks and protecting financial performance. **Launch Execution Planning** * Align PM and KPIs with goals of zero recordable accidents, zero rejected parts, and on\-time delivery. * Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish documented implementation plans for product changes. * Coordinate resources for launch, provide on\-site plant support, and ensure readiness for production. * Minimize risks by grouping late changes into pre\- and post\-launch buckets. **Time Management** * Create work breakdown structures (WBS) with milestones and key deliverables. * Develop schedules for CAD/Drawing, prototypes, and tests, managing timeline gaps. * Use project timelines in meetings to communicate progress and deadlines. * Responsible for reviews and maintaining clear lists of issues with responsible parties, deadlines, and deliverables. **Customer Satisfaction** * Foster effective relationships with key customer contacts, maintaining personal and corporate credibility. * Fulfill commitments, ensure quick responses, and communicate scope changes with data on cost, quality, and timing impact. * Achieve internal consensus before communicating changes, document key correspondence, and maintain regular contact to address issues promptly.
