Grupo Rotoplas, a leader in water solutions supply, is looking for a **Maintenance Manager** to join our growing team. **What will you do?** * Maintain machines and facilities in excellent condition. * Develop and closely monitor preventive maintenance programs, as well as manage maintenance work orders within the SAP system. * Manage spare parts warehouse inventory for machines and equipment, including spare parts requisitions. * Inspect and verify the operation of machines, all peripherals, and general services. * Supervise assigned personnel to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities. Manage service providers for infrastructure maintenance, tools, consumables, etc. * **This job is for you if you have:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Minimum three years of experience in plastic injection industry or related industry. * Knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace, Microsoft Office. * Responsibility, commitment, teamwork, and frustration tolerance.
