Currently, we are looking for a ***Maintenance Manager*** to join our team and contribute to ***ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and facilities.*** **Education** * Completed degree in: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field **Experience** * 3–5 years in industrial maintenance. * Experience with **woodworking machinery (highly desirable)**. * Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. * Experience leading **technical teams**. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Supervise maintenance of machinery and tools used in: \- Woodworking (saws, planers, routers, etc.) \- Upholstery (sewing machines, compressors, etc.) \- Finishing (paint booths, spray guns, extraction systems) * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures. * Ensure proper operation of electrical installations and auxiliary systems. * Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance technical staff. * Implement improvements to optimize equipment efficiency. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Maintain maintenance records and reports (logs, work orders, KPIs). * Coordinate external suppliers for specialized services. **Competencies** * Results-oriented. * Decision-making ability. * Planning and organization. * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment If you meet this profile, apply through this channel.
