Ensures compliance with labor legislation **Empacadora Murgati is Hiring a Human Resources Manager** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree: Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field. * 3–4 years of experience * Experience in personnel administration processes (hiring, termination, vacations, transfers) * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Preparation and updating of labor documentation (employment contracts, payroll receipts, severance agreements, settlements) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Payroll and Compensation Administration** * Weekly pre-payroll processing and weekly incident tracking. * Administration of incentive systems, bonuses, and variable compensation * Conducting salary competitiveness analysis within the industry. * Processing and follow-up on vacation and medical leave requests. **Recruitment and Selection** * Designing recruitment strategies for various company departments * Conducting interviews, assessments, and selection processes * Developing talent pools for critical positions. **Labor Management and Regulatory Compliance** * Ensuring compliance with current federal and state labor legislation * Managing hiring, contract modifications, and terminations in accordance with the law. * Leading employee separation processes, ensuring fair and legal procedures * Managing employees’ digital single files, administrative minutes, non-compliance records, etc. **Administrative and Reporting Tasks** * Preparing HR performance reports (turnover, absenteeism, staffing coverage) * Managing departmental budget * Updating policy and procedure manuals * Maintaining up-to-date HR information systems **WE OFFER:** Salary: $14,000 NET Plus $2,000 Monthly KPI Bonus Weekly Payments Monthly Punctuality and Attendance Bonus Statutory Benefits Quarterly Bonus for Company Products Annual Support for Children’s Primary and Secondary Education Training and Development.
