Job Summary: Protects the physical integrity of people and property within the company by implementing identity controls and recording entries and exits of all types of items and individuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Protection of people and movable and immovable property 2. Implementation of identity controls upon access to the facilities 3. Detailed recording of company entries and exits **PROTECT THE PHYSICAL INTEGRITY OF PEOPLE AND MOVABLE AND IMMOVABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COMPANY. IMPLEMENT IDENTITY CONTROLS UPON ACCESS TO THE COMPANY'S FACILITIES, DOCUMENTED IN A WRITTEN FORMAT TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER AT THE END OF EACH DAY. STRICTLY SPEAKING, ALL ITEMS PASSING THROUGH THE GATE—BOTH INTO AND OUT OF THE FACILITY—MUST BE RECORDED; THIS INCLUDES PICKUP ORDERS, MANUFACTURING ORDERS FOR CONTRACT MANUFACTURING, THEIR AUTHORIZATION, AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PRODUCTION, PRINTING AND/OR EMBROIDERY ORDERS, GOODS SHIPMENTS, VEHICLE DEPARTURES, CLOTHING, ARTICLES, FURNITURE, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY PROPERTY.
