By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and professional growth are highly valued. * Location: Ocoyoapark Industrial Park What Makes You a Strong Candidate * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or related field. * Experience: 1–2 years of experience in similar roles * ERP system proficiency (Odoo preferred) * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Experience with tenders (preferred) Responsibilities: * Monitor daily or weekly operational progress of each project * Update project schedules, control dashboards, and critical paths * Consolidate key project information including budgets, progress updates, deliverables, evidence, and invoicing * Ensure deliverables meet contractual technical specifications and regulatory requirements * Monitor tenders and contracts for each awarded project Soft Skills: * Advanced negotiation * Analytical thinking * Organization, monitoring, and control of multiple variables * Data-driven decision making * Working under pressure * Accountability and results orientation * Effective communication Benefits * Monthly salary: $15,000.00 NET * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Performance-based quarterly bonus * Additional vacation days * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development.
