We are looking for a committed and dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the production process according to the weekly production schedule * Actively participate in fulfilling the requirements of the Quality Management System * Supervise personnel (scheduling, verification, and monitoring of activities per shift) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position * Personnel management skills * Knowledge of aerosol line operations * Experience with performance indicators * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PROSCAI system, and EPICOR system * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail We take pride in offering a positive work environment and a competitive compensation package.
