Position Summary: A leading company seeks a Production Supervisor to manage operational staff, oversee production, and ensure quality standards and good manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages operational staff and production lines. 2. Ensures quality standards and good manufacturing practices. 3. Prepares incident, non-conformance, and production reports. The company is seeking your talent as a ***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Education: Incomplete or completed Industrial Engineering degree. Experience: 1 year managing operational staff. Availability to work rotating shifts ***(7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)*** Residence near the Toluca Industrial Zone or convenient transportation access. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \-Preparation of incident/accident reports and corresponding action plans. \-Assignment of operational staff to their respective production lines. \-Non-conformance reporting (absences, counts, tardiness, vacation control, leave requests, etc.). \-Verification of IDH per line, required production quantities, line verification, and release of corrugated products currently being produced on the line. \-Validation that finished products comply with correct packaging and customer quality standards. \-Supervision of finished product storage to ensure compliance with weight and dimension standards. \-Ongoing monitoring during working hours to ensure staff adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMPs). \-Preparation of production reports. ***OPERATIONAL COMPETENCIES:*** Line balancing, personnel management.
