Land freight transportation company **TRANSPORTATION MANAGER – DRY AND REFRIGERATED CONTAINER DIVISION** Salamanca, Gto. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 5 years of experience in the dry and refrigerated thermos container division role * Must come from land freight transportation companies (NOT manufacturing companies) – MANDATORY * B1 transfer and operations experience * Custody of U.S. containers for import and export * Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, service, and productivity objectives within the container division * Logistics coordination for cross-border import/export operations * Reporting on strategic, tactical, and operational KPIs * Supervise, manage, and develop division personnel * Coordinate with Commercial to serve existing and potential clients for account maintenance and new projects **EDUCATION** * Completed Bachelor’s degree **COMPENSATION OFFER** * Gross monthly salary: $55,000 to $65,000 * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Company vehicle Employment type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience in B1 transfer and operations? * What types of KPIs do you manage? * Do you perform per-kilometer cost control and tracking?
