




-Minimum 1 year of experience. -Broad knowledge of food and beverages, spirits, wines, etc. -Manage available resources to achieve business profitability (major and minor equipment, supplies, funds, personnel, etc.). -Guarantee a positive and memorable experience for every guest served by the business. -Maintain effective communication with the entire team to stay aligned on out-of-stock items, sales promotions, and seasonal products. -Lead and motivate the team to reduce staff turnover. -Immediately report any incidents beyond your control to your superiors. -Support your superior with all required administrative tasks. -FIFO inventory management. -Inventory management. -Leadership and coordination of the work team. -Customer service. -Service protocols. -Point-of-sale system operation. -Banking terminal operation. -Cash handling operations. -Preparation of operational reports. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
