We are looking for our next Branch Manager. Position Objective: Ensure achievement of commercial KPIs through a strategic approach focused on team management, operations, sales, marketing, and team development. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales, specifically in fashion (mandatory), department stores, floor sales, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree. * Excellent personal presentation. * Intermediate English (preferred). Responsibilities: * Achieve overall budget targets aligned with monthly and annual sales objectives. * Meet sales team performance metrics. * Deliver exceptional customer service. * Maintain the store in strict compliance with brand guidelines. * Properly follow internal company processes. * Product knowledge. * Daily CRM updates. * Ensure staff training. * Ensure compliance with administrative procedures. * Develop work schedules for the team. * Maintain and protect the store premises, preserving brand image. * Build and develop high-performing teams. * Recruit and select personnel. Working Hours: * Metepec Branch * Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Two days off per week (rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday).
