Responsibilities and Activities * Establish clear and measurable strategies to achieve objectives aligned with MontepíoExpres’s vision and goals. * Periodically assess progress and implementation of strategies by each supervisor and branch. * Actively participate in developing the annual business plan for growth of branches under your responsibility. * Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results of each branch, identifying deviations and areas for improvement.
