Cost and budget analysis in the construction sector **OB INFRAESTRUCTURAS Y SERVICIOS SA DE CV** **OB INFRAESTRUCTURAS Y SERVICIOS SA DE CV, a construction company, is seeking a Cost Analyst due to expansion** **Profile** * Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree * Field of Study: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 3 years of experience in construction \-Costs/Budgeting **Responsibilities:** · Knowledge of construction systems and project execution. * Review of drawings and quantity takeoff. * Preparation of itemized cost catalogs. * Monitoring subcontractor requests. * Tracking information requested by the contractor and maintaining continuous feedback for improved proposals. * Clarifying project details during the process. * Collaborating with colleagues to deliver the final budget. * Implementing client-requested budget changes and all necessary actions for final award. * If the project is awarded, providing required feedback on the winning budget to the Design and Construction Department. * Analysis and integration of unit prices for various items · Preparation of procurement requisitions · Understanding of budget loadings and adjustments · Development of construction schedules · Preparation of budget progress vs. actual execution reports · Interpretation of drawings · Knowledge of quantification of basic construction materials · Knowledge of preparing comparative tables · Generation of estimates Competencies and Skills: * Analytical ability * Proactive attitude * Teamwork * Effective communication * Organization * Administrative control * Professionalism and positive attitude Knowledge: * Basic AutoCAD * Opus 2024 (desirable) * Revu (desirable) * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Employment Type: Permanent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including one-hour lunch break Workplace: On-site Benefits * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly salary payment * Career development and personal/professional growth plan **Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX** **Send your CV to phone 55\-4888\-9915 or email leonor.garcia@orecobalgon.com.mx** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
