If your work experience includes managing reporting channels, as well as investigating and resolving cases; **This position is for you!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising channels for reporting unethical behaviors within the organization. Ensure accessibility, effectiveness, and confidentiality of these channels, guaranteeing that all reports are addressed promptly and that corrective and disciplinary actions are implemented according to the Code of Ethics and internal regulations, thereby strengthening a culture of integrity at all levels. * Handle and follow up on cases involving all operational and managerial levels, ensuring compliance with established protocols for closing each case file. * Application of the Code of Ethics: Propose sanctions or corrections for unethical behaviors based on collected evidence and the Code of Ethics. * Case File Management: Maintain accurate records of reports and actions taken, compiling complete case files with evidence gathered during each investigation. * Report to the Ethics Committee (Director of Ethics and Compliance) and Senior Management (Directors and Managers) on cases requiring their attention, resolutions, trends, warning signs, and the performance of the reporting system. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management on the status and resolution of cases. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role related to ethics, compliance, handling reports/complaints, and/or disciplinary matters. * Experience investigating reports of unethical behavior. * Mastery and application of ethical principles in workplace situations, including confidentiality and conflict of interest management. * Knowledge and experience managing channels for reporting unethical behaviors. * Integrity and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and protected information. * Ability to Understand and Address Concerns: Skill in effectively managing ethical and workplace conflicts, demonstrating sensitivity and tact. * Ability to present, argue, and persuade at different hierarchical levels. * Advanced skills in preparing Executive Reports. **Education and Technical Skills** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Ethics, Psychology (Work, Organizational, or Behavioral), Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields. * Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word): Intermediate/Advanced level **¡Grupo Zorro Abarrotero is looking for you, apply now!** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Dining services Workplace: On-site position
