




Objective: Plan, execute, and document qualification processes for refrigerated or climate-controlled transport units, ensuring they maintain required temperature ranges (\+2 to \+8 °C and \+15 to \+25 °C), in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), local and international regulations, and internal quality procedures. Responsibilities: * Draft qualification protocols and reports (DQ, IQ/OQ/PQ) for transport units * Perform thermal mapping to validate temperature uniformity within units under empty and simulated loaded conditions * Install and validate temperature recorders (data loggers, real-time monitoring sensors, etc.) * Analyze qualification results and issue detailed technical reports with graphical evidence, conclusions, and recommendations * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards * Manage and keep updated the periodic re-evaluation program for qualified units * Manage and keep updated the calibration program * Monitor refrigerated units and download temperature graphs from each trip completed * Support responses to complaints related to temperature-controlled unit services * Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure proper operation of refrigeration equipment and thermal control systems * Train operations and transportation personnel on handling thermal units and alarm criteria Professional or recent graduate in Mechatronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Intermediate English preferred Office Package Applicable Legislation and Regulations Temperature Monitoring Software Instrument Calibration Desirable 2 years of experience in thermal validation/qualification in transportation or storage of temperature-sensitive products. Experience with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) standards.
