




Requirements: Student in the final semesters of Administration, Marketing, or related field (must have voluntary insurance) Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Office software Responsibilities: * Greet customers visiting the service area with kindness and guidance. * Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor. * Conduct follow-up phone calls to confirm appointments or service progress. * Assist in vehicle delivery by ensuring the customer receives all necessary information. * Enter data into internal systems or databases. * File service orders and related documentation. * Make courtesy calls to measure customer satisfaction. * Collect feedback and suggestions to improve service quality. * Supervise that the waiting area remains tidy and suitable for customers. * Offer beverages or basic assistance during the customer's stay. * Assist in preparing simple estimates or maintenance quotations. * Accompany advisors during vehicle reception and delivery to learn the complete process.
