Respond to questions about available services, general hotel information, and amenities. Confirm guest’s first and last name and scheduled treatment type prior to commencement. Supervise and adhere to the daily schedule. Notify vendors of last-minute changes or additions to the schedule and resolve scheduling issues as needed. Promote and sell spa or beauty salon retail services and products. Order additional products, supplies, or equipment. Inspect work areas, instruments, and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards. Notify Engineering of spa or beauty salon maintenance and repair needs. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and fulfill service needs; express genuine appreciation; assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards; develop and implement corrective action plans to improve quality. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
