Utilize Salesforce and accounting software for administrative tasks Since Epodium Mexico is a global technology company, we are looking for a professional capable of managing diverse administrative tasks for our international offices Some of the initial activities for which training will be provided: Assisting with requesting quotes from vendors, creating quotes, maintaining vendor follow up \& escalations **Submitting \& managing deal registrations** Order Processing (Creating SO, updating Salesforce) **Managing order updates with Procurement team (ESD, shipping information, expedite requests)** Helping manage Salesforce, creation and updates of opportunities, customer reporting or any internal reporting needed **Manage customer follow ups as applicable** Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written English Strictly follows established procedures Professional accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software, and Salesforce Excellent organizational skills Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
