




Responsibilities: \* Provide support and guidance to customers. \* \* Resolve inquiries and manage requests. \* \* Maintain a record of interactions with the clients in the system.\* \* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.\* Follow up on cases until final resolution. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am\-5:30pm Saturdays from 8:00am\-5:30pm SUNDAYS OFF Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position. (DESIRABLE) \* Basic knowledge in handling customer management tools. (DESIRABLE) \* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. \* Empathy, patience and conflict resolution skills.
