Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Control professional with experience in supervising estimates, monitoring invoicing, budgetary control, and blueprint interpretation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervision and control of construction estimates. 2. Development of budgetary control and quantification of volumes. 3. Interpretation of blueprints and field progress review. **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Project Control **Main Responsibilities:** * Experience in sections. * Generation, supervision, and control of construction estimates, both with the client and with subcontractors or labor contractors. * Invoicing tracking and account status with the client and subcontractors or labor contractors. * Preparation of contract covers. * Development of budgetary control. * Quantification of construction volumes. * Review and control of supplies; summary table of purchase orders issued by administration. * Analysis and review of unit prices, profit margins, and indirect costs. * Review of field progress surveys. * Weekly construction progress reports. * Personnel estimates prepared by administration. * Blueprint interpretation. * Recording of revenues in Income Statements. * Review of volumes (additive and extra items). **Requirements:** * Local candidate * Gender: Unrestricted * Civil Engineering degree or Architecture degree (with official diploma) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience * Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and adherence to processes * Experience using **CivilCAD and 3D** **We Offer:** * Biweekly gross salary of $10,586.30 * Payment every 14 days (every other Friday) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM–1 PM; willingness to perform overtime work outside regular hours * Job stability * Statutory benefits * **Location**: Mexico–Cuernavaca Federal Highway, KM 77 (opposite UAEM) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
