Skills: Mold repair. 1 YEAR OF MOLD REPAIR EXPERIENCE. ·Machine the mold according to the corresponding program and measure to ensure it is within established engineering specifications. ·Check that the tools assigned to your workstation are complete and in good condition before starting work. ·Verify that the mold assigned for machining is not damaged and matches the same cavity number. ·File the surface that will contact the chuck before mounting it onto the CNC lathe for centering. ·Request your immediate supervisor to inspect the first machined piece to authorize machining of the remaining mold components. ·Create at the machine the program for machining parts based on points provided by the mold change supervisor. ·Input the machining program for parts delivered by the (Design and Engineering Manager). ·Check that the cavities (halves) of the mold components are properly aligned before mounting them onto the CNC lathe.
