**Position Objective:** Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for company facilities and equipment, ensuring that all operational and common areas function efficiently and safely. Additionally, assist in general cleaning, organization, and facility preservation tasks. **Responsibilities:** * **General Maintenance:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning systems, and other common areas. * Inspect and maintain tools and equipment used for facility maintenance in good condition. * Carry out painting work and minor repairs on structures, furniture, and other facility components. * **General Services:** * Assist in maintaining common areas (bathrooms, hallways, offices, etc.), ensuring they are clean, organized, and in optimal condition. * Support cleaning and disinfection of areas when necessary. * Monitor that cleaning and maintenance supplies are available and sufficiently stocked. * Respond promptly to any incidents related to facility or equipment maintenance. * **Compliance with Standards and Procedures:** * Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety procedures in all activities performed. * Comply with established working hours and maintenance department operational guidelines. * **Tool and Material Control:** * Maintain inventories of tools and materials, providing periodic reports on their status and consumption. * Manage the proper use and storage of tools and equipment. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school or technical training related to maintenance or similar fields (desirable). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar maintenance or general services roles. * **Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance. * Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment. * Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace risk prevention.
