




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with customer service experience to manage invoices, collections, reconciliations, and provide administrative and accounting support. Administrative and accounting support Administrative Assistant (Customer Service) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 1-hour break Statutory benefits and Major Medical Insurance. Salary: Weekly MXN $3,200 to $3,400. Responsibilities: * Invoice entry and registration in the system. * Payment follow-up and telephone/email collections. * Preparation of credit notes and payment supplements. * Deposit reconciliation against bank statements. * Physical and digital filing of accounting documentation. * Handling customer calls and emails for clarifications. * Tracking service orders and order status. * Updating databases and file control. * Supporting daily and weekly collections reports. Requirements: * Incomplete or completed degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * Proficiency in Excel (Mandatory). * Skills: Person with strong business judgment and understanding. * Excellent attitude; prior experience in an accounting firm preferred. * Interested candidates who meet the profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.
