




**Payroll Analyst** **Objective:** Analyzes and prepares payroll calculations, as well as determines taxes and employer-employee contributions, according to established procedures based on current laws, regulations in our country, and customer requirements. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of regular, extraordinary, and/or special payrolls. * Validation of calculated payrolls. * Generation of reports. * Preparation of month-end closing procedures. * Calculations and modifications of IMSS movements. * SUA/Payroll reconciliations. * PTU calculation. * Return of savings fund. * Life and medical insurance processing. * Christmas bonus calculation. * Annual closing. * Timely customer service and support. **Skills** * Teamwork * Proactive * Analytical thinking * Planning and organization * Effective communication **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting * Minimum 3 years of experience processing payroll * Advanced Excel skills * Intermediate English proficiency * Customer-oriented * Knowledge and handling of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Major medical expenses insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site position
