Leading textile company in its field is seeking: ***CIRCULAR KNITTING SUPERVISOR*** Requirements: * Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields * 4 to 6 years of experience as a Circular Knitting Supervisor (Essential) * Knowledge of textile machinery and process engineering. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts (6-6 schedule). Responsibilities: * Coordinate plant operational staff. * Meet production targets for your shift. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards by conducting plant inspections. * Report incidents and mechanical failures. * Receive shift with machines operating properly. * Maintain organized handling of plant materials. * Continuously maintain cleanliness of your area. * Track damaged needles per shift. * Maintain a log of events occurring during the shift. * Foster a positive work environment.
