Knowledge of import and export shipments. Preparation of waybills, waybill complements, invoices, and shipping documentation. Shipment tracking and problem resolution. Proficiency in tracking systems and Excel. Follow-up on billing issues (cancellations, reissuance, clarifications). Availability to work rotating shifts.
