Flores 202, Colonia Vértice, C.P. 50150, Toluca de Lerdo, State of Mexico. **Requirements** * Age between 25 and 50 years. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to change shifts at 8:00 a.m. * Professional appearance and excellent personal image. * Leadership attitude, responsibility, and commitment. **Main Responsibilities** The Operational Supervisor is a key component in the functioning of our security services. Their role ensures that every element complies with established instructions and that clients receive reliable, high-quality service. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing clear reports. * Coordinating with the operations department. * Delivering official notices. * Assigning personnel. * Reporting personnel movements. * Informing coordination of client feedback. * Directly attending to clients. * Handling confidential documents. * Distributing uniforms, supplies, and equipment. **Required Knowledge** Ideal candidates must have experience and knowledge in: * Access control. * International security protocols **C\-TPAT**. * Handling of forms and special work permits. * Execution of patrols and general instructions. * Signing of supervision logs during each visit. * Application of special security filters. **Benefits** At HCS, we value our staff’s effort and commitment.
