Location: Tijuana, Baja California Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and peripherals). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Manage hardware inventory and equipment movement. * Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance services and warranties. * Document incidents and reports in ticketing tools. Technical Knowledge: * Windows 10 or higher, Microsoft Office, Active Directory. * Creation of VPNs and virtual machines (VirtualBox, VMware, Hyper\-V). * Basic configuration of Cisco routers/switches and structured cabling. * PC and laptop maintenance. * Use of ticketing tools or CRM. * Preferred: ITIL or CCNA certifications.
