**FUNCTIONS** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment * Monitor the proper operation of HVAC equipment * Validate comfort conditions in branches * Standards and selection of air conditioning equipment * Generate reports and track the maintenance plan * Collect parameters from equipment of various capacities * Calculate thermal loads **REQUIREMENTS** * Age: Over 30 years old * Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field; preference for specialization in Air Conditioning **KNOWLEDGE:** * Principles of refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as components and systems comprising an air conditioning system. * In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. * Experience as a coordinator or supervisor for projects and/or maintenance of air conditioning system installations, package units, chillers, mini-split units, window units, fan & coil units, and air handling units in commercial premises. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Analytical thinking * Working under pressure * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity **WORK SCHEDULE:** 9:00 – 19:00 hrs, Monday to Friday LOCATION: INTERLOMAS, HUIXQUILUCAN, STATE OF MEXICO SALARY: $18,000–$23,000 (gross) depending on experience and skills Position type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00–$23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
