




General Objective Ensure the competitiveness and sustainable growth of the specialized nutrition line through innovation of high-value functional formulas and strategic optimization of operational costs. Key Responsibilities * Receive and analyze target nutritional profiles and functionality goals for new developments or reformulations. * Research suppliers and conduct benchmarking of key functional ingredients, ensuring scientific support regarding absorption, bioavailability, and synergy. * Analyze ingredient costs and prepare budgets for evaluation and approval (VOBO). * Evaluate existing industrial formulas with a focus on identifying losses, reprocessing, and improvement opportunities. * Initiate initial contact with at least 10 key suppliers to request ingredient samples and optimization alternatives. * Conduct pilot tests at the laboratory level and/or in production processes for the two prioritized formulas. * Propose and implement actions to reduce reprocessing rates and losses in the processes of the analyzed formulas. Required Profile * Degree in Food Engineering or Food Chemistry. * Experience in developing and/or reformulating specialized nutrition products or functional foods. * Knowledge of functional ingredients, cost analysis, and industrial processes. * Analytical ability, focus on continuous improvement, and results orientation. * Ability to collaborate with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
