




**Position: Service and Procedure Payment Coordinator (CDMX, Metropolitan Area, and the rest of the country).** **Position Objective** To timely and efficiently manage property-related service and tax payments (property tax, water, and electricity), as well as carry out in-person procedures before public agencies and service providers in Mexico City, the Metropolitan Area, and the rest of the country, ensuring compliance with obligations and uninterrupted operational continuity of the properties. **Main Responsibilities** * Process property tax, water, and electricity payments for assigned properties. * Conduct in-person procedures before government agencies and service providers. * Monitor outstanding balances, clarifications, payment agreements, and regularization processes. * Collect and deliver official payment receipts and supporting documentation. * Verify account information, tariffs, meters, and cadastral data. * Prevent service disconnections, suspensions, or late-payment penalties due to non-payment. * Coordinate with administrative and accounting departments to report payment and procedure statuses. * Maintain control and organization of physical and digital documentation. * Travel to various locations across CDMX, the Metropolitan Area, and the rest of the country as required by operations. * Adhere to established routes, schedules, and priorities. * Attend Treasury Offices, Municipal Governments, SACMEX, CFE, and other agencies for payments and procedures. * Manage clarifications regarding improper charges or discrepancies in services. * Deliver and safeguard official receipts and acknowledgments. **Required Profile** * Experience in **agency services, utility payments, or public agency procedures (preferred).** * Basic knowledge of property tax, water, and electricity procedures in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area. * **Ability to operate a car and motorcycle.** * **Valid driver’s license (for both car and motorcycle—mandatory).** * Availability for frequent travel. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctual follow-up. * Honesty and proper handling of documentation and receipts. * Strong communication skills and professional interaction with authorities and service providers. **We Offer** * Biweekly payments. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, and vacation premium). * Direct employment with the company. * Career development plan. * Salary commensurate with profile/experience.
