We are seeking an **Assistant Director of Services** with a focus on architecture, infrastructure layout, and blueprint design. The candidate will provide technical, administrative, and operational support for the development and monitoring of infrastructure projects within institutions affiliated with the Palma Educational Group. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, update, and manage architectural and infrastructure blueprints (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, etc.) using specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). * Conduct physical field surveys and graphically represent projects through sketches, diagrams, or basic renders. * Review technical infrastructure documentation and support planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation projects. * Assist in supervising minor construction works, verifying measurements, specifications, and compliance with blueprints. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure proper project execution. * Compile technical files, manage documentation, and prepare reports and summaries for the Director of Services. * Collaborate in strategic infrastructure project planning and in administrative activities of the department. * Assist in complying with construction regulations, safety standards, and current legislation, as well as in processing minor permits. **Requirements** * Technical degree or studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (graduated, intern, or currently enrolled). * Proficiency in design and technical drafting software (AutoCAD required; Revit preferred). * Experience in field surveys, blueprint design, and/or construction supervision. * Ability to organize documentation and draft reports. * Prior experience in educational institutions or similar projects is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines. * Proactivity and willingness for continuous learning. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development within an academic environment. * Job stability. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
