Job Summary: We are seeking a Speech-Language Therapist to work in an interdisciplinary setting focused on functional communication and inclusion of children with disabilities and neurodivergences. The selected candidate will work in an interdisciplinary environment, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support functional communication, inclusion, and quality of life for patients and their families. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement individualized intervention plans for children * Provide services to children presenting any neurodevelopmental disorder * Provide services to children with intellectual disability * Provide services to children with cerebral palsy * Conduct assessments for phonological and articulatory disorders * Prepare progress reports and therapeutic objectives * Guide parents and caregivers on home follow-up * Collaborate closely with psychology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy * Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous training **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience working with children * Knowledge of intervention strategies for neurodivergent children * Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team * Excellent interpersonal skills with children and families **We Offer** * Continuous training * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for professional growth * Facilities equipped with therapeutic materials Employment Type: Part-time Salary: Starting at $100.00 per hour Benefits: * Academic support * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
