




We are looking for a **Human Resources specialist with a background in Public Accounting** to lead the **Corporate Human Resources department** and manage a workforce of **1,000 employees nationwide**. Reports to the HR Director and will directly supervise 3 people. It is important that the candidate has the following: * In-depth knowledge of current labor and tax regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SAR, etc.) and compliance requirements * Knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan amortization processes * Advanced Excel skills * Payroll calculation and administration * Social security management (SUA, IDSE) * Extensive knowledge of REPSE * Accounting entries: implementation and review * Knowledge and use of SAT viewer * Follow-up and completion of ST7, ST2, ST9 forms, documentation support and tracking * Management of KPIs and area-specific indicators * Knowledge of payroll, compensation, social benefits, taxes, training, recruitment, etc. **We value candidates with the following personal qualities:** * Analytical skills * Adaptability to change * Follow-through and self-management * Collaborative attitude **We offer:** * After 3 months, transition to a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) * Competitive salary, benefits exceeding legal requirements, and additional perks * Opportunity to join a growing family-owned company committed to its employees Job type: Full-time, Indefinite contract Salary: $41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site position
