**Responsibilities:** * Appraise pre-owned vehicles considering market conditions and vehicle condition to offer fair and competitive prices. * Perform aesthetic and mechanical inspections on vehicles of various brands, evaluating their overall condition and identifying potential issues or prior repairs. * Review and verify necessary documentation for the purchase of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Schedule and organize appraisal appointments efficiently, optimizing time for both customers and the company. * Negotiate with vehicle owners to reach mutually beneficial purchase agreements. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as an auto appraiser or in a similar role. * Technical and practical knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Ability to identify damage, wear, and other factors affecting a vehicle's value. * Strong communication skills and advisory capabilities. * Attention to detail and analytical skills. * Valid driver's license. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,400\.00 per month Work location: On-site
