*This job opening comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job Opening at Belieff in Paseo Tollocan - Lerma, State of Mexico** **Sensory Panel Specialist** ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Specialist or Sensory Panel Manager. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (preferably graduated). * Experience in selection processes, continuous training, and performance evaluation of analytical judges (sensory panel), aligned with applicable regulations. **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Booking, etc). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with digital platforms such as Canva, Zoom, etc. * Ability to develop and deliver effective training in sensory evaluation methodologies and skills. * Knowledge of statistical techniques for data analysis. * Experience with specialized software for sensory evaluation (desirable: FIZZ / Compusense or similar). **Responsibilities:** * Work with a team of analytical judges and ensure they possess the technical skills required to provide highly professional service in the sensory evaluation of food products. * Lead training sessions, ensuring learning and development of necessary judge skills, while maintaining control and safekeeping of training records. * Support laboratory certification and accreditation processes. * Perform administrative tasks, reporting, and presentations. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $30,000 - $35,000 gross, based on experience, knowledge, and competencies. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. * Work location: Toluca, Lerma; near Plaza Sendero. * Accident medical expense insurance. * Discount card. * Gym discount network. * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities.
