Position Summary: Warehouse Analyst to ensure proper execution and documentation of material operations, in compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and current regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of operational warehouse staff. 2. Inventory management and traceability using ERP/Excel systems. 3. Supervision of environmental conditions and regulatory compliance. :: WAREHOUSE ANALYST :: **Position Objective:** Ensure the correct execution and documentation of incoming, storage, and outgoing material operations, complying with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), as stipulated by applicable regulations and current SOPs. **Required Experience:** 1 to 2 years (Minimum) **Education Level:** High school diploma or technical degree **Specific Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of NOM-059-SSA1-2015 regarding Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) * Good Documentation Practices. * Proficiency in inventory rotation systems: FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and/or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out). * Experience operating warehouse management systems (ERP and/or Excel, SAP) is desirable. * Validation of logs and records for incoming/outgoing movements, as well as cleaning activities. * Supervision of environmental conditions and operation of monitoring instruments (thermohygrometers). * Safe handling of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scales); control of material entry and exit in classified areas (ISO 8 or 9). * Preparation of documentary evidence for audits **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Physically verify raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products; register in system and review documentation * Coordinate operational staff and ensure execution of their activities per established SOPs. * Organize and conduct cyclic or full inventories, recording movements and ensuring traceability in Excel/ERP. * Validate incoming/outgoing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain updated, organized records. * Supervise storage under FIFO/FEFO systems and segregate materials in quarantine, rejected, or expired status, ensuring GSDP compliance. * Verify environmental conditions (temperature, cleanliness, order) and maintain the area in appropriate condition. * Identify and support the investigation and resolution of deviations or abnormal conditions. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Savings fund Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
