Job Objective: * Provide technical and administrative support to internal users, ensure proper system operation, and optimize processes through the use of Aspel software. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience in system migration. * 1–3 years of experience in technical support and system administration. * Demonstrable experience with Aspel systems. * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networks and information security. * Proficiency in SQL and MySQL databases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal users regarding hardware, software, and Aspel systems. * Administer, configure, and maintain the Aspel systems used by the company. * Diagnose issues related to systems, networks, or applications, and propose effective solutions. * Generate reports and metrics from Aspel systems and other platforms. * Train users on proper usage of software and technological tools.
