Diagnosis and resolution of system and network issues **Aspel Systems Technical Support Analyst** **Note**: Temporary position due to employee incapacity, with potential to become permanent based on performance and company needs. Position Objective: * Provide technical and administrative support to internal users, ensure proper system operation, and optimize processes through the use of Aspel software. Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience in system migration. * 1–3 years of experience in technical support and system administration. * Proven experience with Aspel systems. * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networks and information security. * Proficiency in SQL and MySQL databases. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to internal users regarding hardware, software, and Aspel systems. * Administer, configure, and maintain Aspel systems used by the company. * Diagnose issues related to systems, networks, or applications and propose effective solutions. * Generate reports and metrics from Aspel systems and other platforms. * Train users on proper usage of software and technological tools.
