




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Service Level Management Analyst to participate in quality management, report tracking, change management, incident and problem handling. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Degree certificate and professional license required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a service desk environment. * Knowledge of **ITIL is mandatory** Responsibilities: * Actively collaborate with related departments to ensure deliverable quality for clients. * Generate report templates. * Create and manage dedicated planners for each client’s deliverables. * Track progress with various departments during report generation. * Perform style and quality reviews of reports. * Actively participate in change control tracking. * Conduct initial review of RFCs to be evaluated during CAB meetings. * Identify types of changes requested from departments. * Monitor progress of changes approved by CAB. * Actively participate in incident and request review and tracking. * Review quality of incident and request documentation. * Participate in tracking of identified problems. * Coordinate with various departments regarding problem documentation. This is a 100% on-site position. Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
